We will obtain medical equipment on the order of your Physician or we will assist you in making contact with the supplier of your choice,. We can also assist you with referrals to other kinds of assistance when needed. We specialize in geriatric rehab, and our caring staff always goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide the very best in home health care.
WE ARE STATE LICENSED AND MEDICARE/MEDICAID CERTIFIED
MEDICARE pays 100% of home health care, therefore there is NO deductible or co-pay by the Patient. Patients may meet Medicare eligibility requirements if all the following conditions are met.

Home Health Admissions:
REFERRALS can be made by the patient, your Physician, family or friend, or Hospital Discharge Nurse. Once we receive the referral we will contact your Physician to obtain an order for home health services. Close contact is maintained with your Physician to insure optimum continuing care.
